Salem First Baptist Women's Ministry will have its fifth annual women's conference from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Oct. 8. Continental breakfast will be at 8 a.m. with registration at 8:15 a.m.

Lori McDaniel will be the guest speaker. Her topic "A Woman's Soul Matters" is about God's work writing a story in every soul.

McDaniel's experiences as a missionary in Africa, a small-town pastor's wife, women's ministry leader and church planter in remote villages and suburban America shaped her heartbeat for the world.

But, it is the stories from remote, deep journeys in her heart that overflow as she speaks to engage others to find Biblical truth and allow God to intersect their soul. Everyone has a story to live out loud.

McDaniel says, "Come and hear and let me tell you what He has done for my soul." The event will include gifts, a drawing for prizes, lunch, great praise and worship music and a lot of good fellowship.

The cost is $15 in advance or $18 at the door. RSVP by Sept. 30 so enough food will be prepared. Childcare will be provided.

For information or to register, call 870-895-2330. Office hours are from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday.
