Rick and Rochelle Cowart of San Antonio, Texas, are the parents of a son, Kasen Webster Cowart, born July 17, 2011, at Wilford Hall Medical Center, Lackland Air Force Base. Kasen weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces and was 21 inches long. Grandparents are Ricky Cowart and Sandra Layne of Salem, Ark., and Jeff Bousson of Port Huron, Mich., and Deborah Langley of Frazer, Mich.
