David Jeremy Wray, 33, of Salem was arrested on Sept. 8 for breaking and entering, a class "D" felony, and theft of property, a class "B" felony, in connection with the theft of an all terrain vehicle and batteries from property on Spring Hill Road in Oxford. Wray remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Rebecca Diane Farvour, 25, was arrested on Sept. 8 for theft by receiving, a class "B" felony. Farvour was released on Sept. 11 after posting $10,000 bond.

Rodney James Beasley, 46, of Little Rock was arrested Sept. 9 on a felony fleeing warrant and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $15,000 bond.

Eric Franklin Huihui, 25, of Oxford was arrested Sept. 8 for possession of a controlled substance and driving on a suspended license. Huihui remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,335 bond.

Lisa Kay Smith, 44, of Dolph was arrested Sept. 9 for driving while intoxicated, drinking in public and operating a vehicle without insurance. Smith was released on Sept. 10 after posting $1.465 bond.

Sandra J. Dillard, 35, of Ash Flat was arrested Sept. 5 on numerous hot check warrants from Izard, Fulton and Independence counties. Dillard was released on Sept. 8 after posting $1,868 bond.

Molly Marshall, 28, of Mountain View was arrested Sept. 7 for domestic battering third degree. Marshall was released to a medical facility the day of her arrest.

Randall Lee Cates, 25, of Baxter County was arrested Sept. 8 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Cates was released on Sept. 9 after posting $335 bond.

Two inmates, Joshua Nelson Spangler, 18, of Melbourne and Zackary Samlee Heddey, 23, of Salem, who were awaiting bed space in the Arkansas Department of Correction, were transported to prison Sept. 7.

Randell Eugene Wisham, 52, of Violet Hill was arrested on Sept. 14 for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Wisham also faces a pending charge of harassing communications.

Ricardo Laudia Lee Rye, 61, of Calico Rock was arrested on Sept. 18 for driving while intoxicated, failure to stop after an accident, careless and prohibited driving, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Rye remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $1,360 bond.

William Roger Webb, 66, Horseshoe Bend was arrested on Sept. 17 for disorderly conduct.

Nathaniel Allen Lee Speak, 28, of Calico Rock was arrested Sept. 16 on an Izard County warrant for failure to pay fines. Speak also faces outstanding warrants from Marion and Baxter counties. He remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Lonnie Eugene Strauser, 40. of Salem and Paul David Beaver, 27, of Horseshoe Bend were ordered to spend seven days in the Izard County Detention Facility at the order of by the Izard/Fulton County Drug Court.

Robert James Dockins, 33, of Dolph was arrested on Sept. 15 after testing positive for four illegal drugs including marijuana and methamphetamine, during an Izard County District Court appearance.

Timothy Doyne Langston, 46, of Cave City was arrested Sept. 16 on a warrant from child support enforcement. Langston remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Marty Grant Sexton, 35, of Calico Rock was arrested on Sept. 16 on a Baxter County warrant. Sexton remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
