He died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011, at St. Vincent's Infirmary in Little Rock, Ark., at the age of 24 years, 3 months and 20 days. He was employed by Elston Enterprises LLC in Albion, Ark., as a safety engineer. He attended services at the Calvary Baptist Church in Searcy.
Survivors include his daughter Victoria Adisyn Shackelford of Searcy, Ark.; his mother, Mickey Ollhoff of Searcy; his father, David R. Shackelford of Cherokee Village, Ark.; one sister, Donna Lambert and husband Doug of Los Angeles, Calif.; one brother, Donald Tyler of Batesville, Ark.; five half-siblings; his maternal grandmother, Lillian Provow of West Plains, Mo.; paternal grandfather, Ralph Shackelford and wife of West Plains, Mo.; aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Frankie M. Ollhoff and one half-brother, Michael Shackelford.
Services were Oct. 2, 2011, at Cox-Blevins Chapel in Salem, Ark., with Bro. Jim Wiley officiating. Burial was in State Line Cemetery in Moko, Ark. Pallbearers were Lance Reed, Keith Baker, Shawn Baker, Jason Baker, Derek Coker and Zack Mitchell. Honorary pallbearers were Cory Coker, Kaylin Kirk, Stephen Rigsby and Ryan Fisher.
