Henry Garland Starling Jr., 45, of Fayetteville, was arrested in Fulton County on Oct. 3 for being in possession of a suspected stolen motorcycle. The Fulton County Sheriff's office suspected the motorcycle had been stolen in Baxter County. It contacted the Baxter County Sheriff's office, which received a report from a Gamaliel resident that his motorcycle and $800 had been stolen, by three people who had visited his home. Starling was transferred to Baxter County where he was charged with Theft of Property.
Three Fulton County Jail inmates, Bradley Gann, Randall Wayne Mathis Jr. and John Ray Boyer were charged on Sept. 21 for Furnishing, Possessing or Using Prohibited Articles. According to Circuit Court documents, the three were found to be in possession of smokeless tobacco, cigarette lighters and two cigarettes rolled from pages of a Bible. No one has been arrested for furnishing the prohibited items to the inmates.
Robert Niemier, 26, of Henderson was arrested on Sept. 21 for a Parole Violation. Niemier was released from the Fulton County Jail on Sept. 26 for time served.
