Steven Wayne Marshall, of Dolph, who was earlier arrested on drug related charges, faces new charges after a search of his residence. Marshall was charged Oct. 27, while incarcerated, with two class "d" felonies: possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia with the intent to use. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Marshall remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a parole/probation hold.
Peter Eugene Pierce, 56, of Melbourne was arrested Oct. 28 for disorderly conduct and harassment, following an altercation in Mt. Pleasant. Pierce is being held pending a first court appearance.
James Andrew Adolp Patscheck, 31, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested Oct. 25 on charges of public intoxication and assault 1st degree, following an altercation with his sister. Patscheck was released on Oct. 27 after posting $1,000 bond.
Donald R. Lee, 53, of Oxford was arrested Oct. 25 on the criminal trespass. Lee was released on Oct. 25 after posting bond in the amount of $205.
Jeffery Don Hairrell, 44, of Violet Hill was arrested on Oct. 29 for domestic battering third degree. Hairrell remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,500 bond.
Steven Bennett Meek, 53, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Oct. 28 after drug items were located in a common area where Meek and others live. Meek is on a probation hold pending charges.
Dan Lewis Tait, 61, of Guion was arrested on Oct. 27 for driving while intoxicated, careless and prohibited driving, and operating a vehicle without insurance. Tait was released following a court appearance the day of his arrest.
George B. Tunnicliff, 47 of Dolph was arrested Oct. 27 on a child support enforcement warrant. Tunnicliff remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $22,266 bond.
