Jennifer Marie Thompson, 34, of Salem was arrested on Nov. 8 on two counts of Forgery in the First Degree. Thompson is accused of forging the signature on checks written to two Melbourne food stores. According to Sheriff Tate Lawrence, Thompson may face additional charges, due to evidence that Thompson forged checks in other counties. Thompson is being held in lieu of $40,000 bond.

Ben Fitzsimmons, 19, of Poughkeepsie was arrested on Nov. 3 on a probation revocation warrant.

Robert W. Stowers, 19, of Dolph was arrested Oct. 31 for criminal mischief, after allegedly vandalizing a vehicle. Stowers was released after posting $250 bond.

Travis Lee Cagle, 32, of Calico Rock was arrested Nov. 9 for parole revocation. Cagle is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond status.

Matthew C. Cotton, 38, and Tina Leeann Massardo, 33, of Sylamore were arrested on Nov. 4 for domestic battering third degree. The two fought with each other at their home. They were released after posting bond.

Eldenia Heath, 51, of Melbourne and James Brooks, 41, of Cave City were arrested on Nov. 5 for domestic battering third degree, after a deputy observed them in a fight in a bank parking lot. Both were released following an initial court appearance.

Erica Roberts, 22, of Oxford was arrested on Nov. 5 for domestic battering third degree, after getting into an altercation with a companion. Roberts was released after posting $200 bond.

Cacia Fawn Patterson, 20, of Calico Rock was arrested on Nov. 10 for possession of a controlled substance. Patterson was released after receiving a court date.

Dorothy Marie Friend, 45, of Mountain Home was arrested on Nov. 3 for theft of property, after items were stolen from a truck in Calico Rock.

Joshua Shane Dockins, 25, of Oxford was arrested on Nov. 4 on a harassing communications warrant. Dockins was released after receiving a court date.

Eric Lance Stevens of Calico Rock was arrested on Nov. 9 for driving on a revoked license. Stevens was released after posting $350 bond.

Matthew Thomas Martin, 19, of Batesville was arrested on Nov. 9 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Martin was released after posting bond in the amount of $1,845.

Nathaniel Allen Lee Speak, 28, of Calico Rock was arrested Nov. 3 on a warrant from Marion County. Speak was transferred to Marion County on Nov. 4.

Larry Thomas Kelly, 41, of Ash Flat was arrested Nov. 5 on an Independence County warrant and transferred there the same day.
