Charles Cramer, 24, of Norwood suffered a seizure while driving on Highway 60 near Mountain Grove at 7:41 a.m. Dec. 4, according to the highway patrol.
Cramer's 2009 Chevrolet Malibu went through a stoplight at Highway 95 and hit a wire that was supporting traffic lights, disabling them. Cramer's car continued through a chain-link fence, entered a commuter parking lot and hit four unoccupied parked vehicles, all owned by Mountain Home residents.
No injuries were reported. Cramer was wearing a seat belt, the patrol said.
Timothy D. Gaddis, 31, of Ellsinore sustained moderate injuries when he lost control of the 2007 Honda Recon ATV he was driving in the Dollar General parking lot in Ellsinore. Gaddis was not wearing a helmet and was ejected from the ATV, according to the patrol. He was taken by ambulance to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center.
