During the April 23 Circuit Court session, John R. Green, 77, pleaded guilty to Sexual Assault in the Second Degree. Green was sentenced to 168 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He was also fined $1,500 and will pay court costs and fees.

Anthony Kerr Mejia, 25, was found guilty of a parole violation and was sentenced to 120 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Mejia was also fined $1,500 and ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Benjamin O. Breashears, 37, was found guilty of a probation violation and sentenced to 48 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Breashears was also fined $2,500 and ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Douglas Kester, 62, pleaded guilty to Criminal Mischief First Degree. Under a plea agreement, Kester was sentenced to 60 months probation. Kester was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, along with court costs and fees.

Carrie Ann Holtham, 44, pleaded guilty to Forgery Second Degree. Under a plea agreement, Holtham was sentenced to 60 months probation. Holtham was fined $1,500, ordered to pay $76 restitution and court costs and fines.

John J. Shepherd, 39, pleaded guilt to Terroristic Threatening First Degree. Under a plea agreement, Shepherd was sentenced to 60 months probation. Shepherd was fined $1,500 and ordered to pay court costs and fines.

Mary Jo Ivie, 21, pleaded guilty to Possession of a Narcotic in an Unauthorized Container, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Theft by Receiving and Furnishing Prohibited Articles. Under a plea agreement, Ivie was sentenced to 36 months probation. Ivie was ordered to pay a $2,500 fine, plus court costs and fees.
