Richard Beavers, 37, of Oxford was arrested on May 9 for assault on a family member, endangering the welfare of a minor, and domestic battery. Beavers was charged with assaulting an adult female and a 10 year old child. Beavers was released after posting bond in the amount of $250.

Joshua Dockins, 26, of Oxford was arrested on May 10 at Melbourne Elementary School for driving while intoxicated-drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia -two counts, and possession of a controlled substance. Dockins allegedly drove to the school to pick up two children while under the influence of drugs and possessing drugs. Dockins was released on May 12 after posting bond in the amount of $2,500.

Kelly James McClellan, 35, of Dolph was arrested May on May 11 for driving while intoxicated, driving left of center, possession of a controlled substance, obstructing governmental operations, and refusal of submit to a chemical test. McClellan was released after posting bond May 11 in the amount of $5,000.

Jessie Lynn Tyrone, 19, of Calico Rock was arrested May 8 for driving on a suspended license. Tyrone was released after posting bond in the amount of $350.

Skylar Michael Bolivar, 22, of Melbourne was arrested May 12 for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana). Bolivar posted bond the day of his arrest in the amount of $1,230 and was released.

Rex Keith Treft, 41, of Oxford was arrested May 7 on a warrant for felony failure to appear. He remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bond.

Michal Abraham Harris, 37, of Melbourne was arrested May 11 for violation of Arkansas hot check law. He remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $376 cash bond.

Leann Evelyn Harris, 33, of Melbourne was arrested May 11 on a Jackson County warrant and was transferred to the Jackson County Jail.

Matthew Travis Hoskins, 25, of Ash Flat was arrested May 10 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Hoskins posted a cash bond the following day in the amount of $450 and was released.

Randy Ronald Foster, 30, of Williford was arrested May 7 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Foster remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a Wisconsin hold.

Ericka Lynn Stephens, 21, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested May 12 on a warrant for failure to pay fines. Stephens posted a $560 cash bond the day of her arrest and was released.

Aleisha Eyvonne Cooley, 32, of Melbourne was jailed May 7 for a 21 day period for violating provisions of drug court.
