Lori Funkhouser, 41, and Timothy Michael Ridgley, 33, were arrested on Aug. 7 for delivery of a schedule II controlled substance (oxycodone), possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, manufacture of a controlled substance, use or possession of drug paraphernalia with the purpose to use or manufacture a controlled substance and use or possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia. The arrests were made after a search warrant was issued at their home on Lunenburg Road. Funkhouse and Ridgley posted bonds in the amount of $10,000 each, and are scheduled to appear in Izard County Circuit Court on Sept. 17.
Candice Brunette, 22, and Matthew Brunette, 28, were arrested on Aug. 10 for domestic battering third degree, following an altercation at their home. The two were released after Judge David E. Miller issued no contact orders.
Arthur Gordon Jackson, 53, was arrested for domestic battering third degree, after firing a weapon into the air during a domestic disturbance at his home. Jackson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of bond.
Ricky Lee Schiltz, 50, of Sage was arrested on Aug. 8 on a probation/parole violation hold and remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Jeana Leann Dickerson, 42, of Dolph was arrested Aug. 8 on a Baxter County warrant and was later transported to Mountain Home.
Christa Rachelle Cherry, 18, of Gepp was arrested Aug. 10 on an Izard County warrant for failure to appear. Cherry was released on Aug. 11 after posting a $200 cash bond.
Stephen Shaw Pool, 23, of Calico Rock was arrested Aug. 9 on a warrant for a failure to appear. Pool was released after an appearance before District Judge David E. Miller.
Michael Joseph Jacob, 45, of Melbourne was arrested on Aug. 9 on a warrant for failure to appear. He was released after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller.
Ashley Nicole Blalock, 26, of Calico Rock was arrested on Aug. 6 on contempt charges after testing positive for methamphetamine during a circuit court appearance. Blalock's bond was revoked and she was ordered to remain incarcerated until her next scheduled court date
Tammy Gail Robison, 43, of Calico Rock was jailed Aug. 6 after being sentenced in circuit court to three years in the Arkansas Department of Correction's regional punishment facility. Robison will be transported when DOC bed space becomes available.
Melissa Jean Casey, 32, of Mountain View was jailed Aug. 9 pending transfer to the department of correction's regional punishment facility.
