Funeral services for Helen "Faye" Warren, 88, Alton, Mo., were held on Thursday, Jan. 10, 2013, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mrs. Warren died at 8:35 a.m., Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Ozarks Medical Center. She was born on May 31, 1924, at Peace Valley, Mo., to John B. and Iona Bonham Johnson. She attended school in Thomasville, Mo., and on June 14, 1941, she was married at West Plains, Mo., to James Lewis "Jimmie" Warren, Sr., who preceded her in death on May 16, 2007. Mrs. Warren was a loving and devoted wife and mother, a caring grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother who will be missed by her many children. She was a fantastic cook and homemaker. Her only job outside of her home was selling Avon. Mrs. Warren was a member of First Baptist Church, West Plains, Mo. and attended the First Baptist Church at Mammoth Spring, Ark.

She is survived by three children, Judith K. Smith, Charleston, Mo., Vicki Ragan and husband, Ken, Thayer, Mo. and David Warren and wife, Andra, Alexandria, Ala.; ten grandchildren, Steven Smith and wife, Misty, Jim Warren and wife, Laurie, Amy Hardcastle and husband, Jarrett, Beth Schmitt, Marie-Alana Ragan, Eric Ragan and wife, Courtney, Dr. Ty Warren and wife, Dana, Natalie Askew and husband, David, Seth Warren and wife, Lindsay and Jessica Hollis and husband, Caleb; sixteen great-grandchildren, Samantha, Jacob, Abby, Leah, Ellie, Aidan, Kelsey, Devin, Andrea, Addy, Graham, Essie, Vera, Leeland, Glady and Jackson; one great-great-grandchild, Rhylea; one sister, Bernie Hughes, East Peoria, Ill.; and many nieces and nephews.

Her parents, husband, son, James L. Warren, Jr.,three brothers, three sisters and beloved son-in-law, Ralph Smith, precede her in death.

Visitation was held before the funeral on Jan. 10, 2013, at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial followed in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
