Funeral services for Larry DeWayne Kerley, 64, of West Plains, Mo., were held on Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, in the Rose Chapel at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home.

Mr. Kerley died at 6:30 p.m., Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013, at Brooke Haven Health Care.

He was born March 27, 1948, at Elizabeth, Ark., to Oral George and Adah Mae Silvertooth Kerley. On June 27, 1987, he was married at West Plains, Mo., to Judy Kate Fine. Before his retirement, Mr. Kerley had worked at Amyx Manufacturing. He loved music and dancing and enjoyed his animals, his girls and his grandson. Mr. Kerley was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by three children, Cassie Kerley, Kate Runion and Ashley Kerley, all of West Plains, Mo.; one grandson, Justyn Allen-Dewey Runion; six sisters, Georgia Frost, Ava, Mo., Nonda Wassmann and husband, Ernie, Kansas City, Mo., Sharon Goode, St. Louis, Mo., Barbara Bozich and husband, Michael, Raymore, Mo., LaDonna Shelley and husband, Larry, West Plains, Mo.; and Ina Gay Lair and husband, Jerry, Moody, Mo.; and many nieces and nephews.

His parents, three brothers, O. G., Richard and Monzle Keith Kerley, two sisters, and Ozerah Friend and baby sister, precede him in death.

Visitation was held before the funeral on Jan. 6, 2013 at Robertson-Drago Funeral Home. Burial was in the Trimble Campground Cemetery, in Dolph, Ark.
