Izard County Sheriff's Arrest Report

Zachary Mayfield, 33, of Calico Rock was arrested on May 17 for possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, a class "d" felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, a class "d" felony; felon in possession of a firearm, a class "d" felony; and theft by receiving, a class "a" misdemeanor. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Mayfield remains in the Izard County Detention Facility on a $20,000 bond and a department of correction hold.

Bobby Paul Gilley, 25, and Stephenie Marie Richardson, 28, of Pineville were arrested on May 16 after appearing in Izard County District Court and testing positive for controlled substances. The pair remain in the Izard County Detention Facility on a bond revocation.

Kevin Massey, 36, of Cherokee Village was arrested May 13 for violation of a protection order and harassing communications. Massey was released on bond after appearing in court and being given a more restrictive protection order to observe.

Marcel Vandenberg, 47, of Evening Shade was arrested May 12 on charges of domestic battering third degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. Vandenberg was released May 14 with a court date. An order of protection was issued against Vandenberg.

Keith Lee Hendrix, 28, of Calico Rock was arrested May 14 on a failure to appear warrant and for having no proof of insurance. Hendrix was released after posting bond in the amount of $500.

Kevin Keith Chute, 41, of Pineville was arrested May 14 on a failure to pay fines warrant relating to an earlier conviction of possession of a controlled substance. Chute was released after making a court appearance.

Justin Farmer, 19, of Sage was arrested on May 18 for domestic battering third degree. Farmer was released the following day with a court date after appearing before District Judge David E. Miller.

Shelby Joe Roddy, 22, of Mountain Home was arrested May 13 on a failure to pay fines warrant relating to an earlier conviction of criminal mischief. Roddy was released after posting bond in the amount of $100.

John Edward Rone, 26, of Melbourne remains in the Izard County Detention Facility after being arrested May 16 on a parole/probation violation.
