On Oct. 23, Gary Lewis, 48, of Floral was arrested by Salem Police for theft of property, three counts, a class B felony, breaking or entering, a class A misdemeanor and has been charged as a habitual offender.

On Oct. 31, Jason Willett, 34, of Salem, was charged with domestic battery second degree, a class D felony.

On Oct. 31, Zackerie Farrar, 21, of Hardy, was arrested for certain persons in possession of a firearm, a class D felony.

On Nov. 3, Robert Brown, 47, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for sexual indecency of a child, a class D felony and indecent exposure, a class A misdemeanor.

On Oct. 25, Randal Moore, 50, and Melissa Adamson, 38, of Viola, were arrested for maintaining drug premises, a class C felony, possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver meth, a class B felony, possession of a controlled substance with the purpose to deliver, a class C felony, use of possession with the purpose to use drug paraphernalia for the purpose to analyze methamphetamine, a class B felony.
