Oregon County Sheriff’s Office – Arrests

Samantha Lane, 28, of Gassville, was arrested Aug. 13 on warrants out of West Plains PD. She was released to West Plains.

Robert Steele was received Aug. 14 from the Missouri Department of Corrections for a court ordered hearing. He was transferred back to Missouri Department of Corrections.

Wesley Simpson, 54, of Fremont, was arrested Aug. 15 on charges for burglary first degree, burglary second degree, stealing and property damage. He remains in custody with a bond set at $50,000 cash or $100,000 corporate surety.

Kimberly Simpson, 44, of Fremont, was arrested Aug. 15 on charges for burglary first degree, burglary second degree, stealing and property damage. She was released by court order.

Duston Collins, 54, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 15 for possession of a controlled substance. He was released with citations.

Christopher Cone, 32, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 19 on a warrant for failure to appear. His bond is set at $7,500 cash or corporate surety.

Sandra Nash, 44, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 19 for forgery. Her bond is set at $15,000 cash or corporate surety.

Bradley Robertson, 40, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 19 for child support. He was released by court order.

Nathan Bivins, 54, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 22 for charges for armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and assault 1st degree. He posted $250,000 corporate surety bond.

Randy McDermott, 56, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 27 on a warrant for driving while revoked and failure to maintain financial responsibility. He posted bond. 

Kimberly Simpson, 44, of Fremont, turned herself back into the Oregon County Sheriff’s Office from a medical furlough on Aug. 27. She posted a $3,000 bond. 

Virgil Mitchell, 45, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 30 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance. He posted a $2,500 bond.

 Samantha Mansfield, 34, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 30 on warrants for possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and theft/stealing. She remains in the Oregon County Jail with no bond. 

Bobby Weaver, 30, of West Plains, was arrested Aug. 31 for tampering with a motor vehicle. He was released on a medical furlough. 

Charles Head Jr., 29, of Thayer, was arrested Sept. 4 for a warrant out of Thayer Police Department. He posted $600 bond. 

Gary Collins, 56, of Thayer, was arrested Sept. 4 on warrants for passing bad check. He was released by court order O.R. 

Rachael Henderson, of Yellville, Ark., was arrested Sept. 4 for unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a court ordered O.R. Bond. 

Chantel Patterson, 25, of Alton, was arrested Sept. 7 to serve court ordered time. She was released with time served. 

Colton Goetting, 27, of West Plains, was arrested Sept. 8 on a warrant for failure to register motor vehicle. He posted bond.

Alton Police Department – Arrests

Shawna Puccetti, 30, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 12 for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Charles Head Jr., 29, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 12 for driving while revoked. He was released with a citation.

Daniel Lievsay, 24, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 12 for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released with a citation.

Sage McKinney, 26, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 20 for forgery. He remains in custody with a bond set at $2,000 cash or $20,000 corporate surety.

Justin E. Pritchett, 34, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 22 for child abuse. He posted a $2,500 bond.

Renee Canizales, 44, of Alton, was arrested Aug. 24 for failure to register as a sex offender. She was released with citations.

Jacob Burmingham, 34, of Alton, was Sept. 4 on several warrants for driving while revoked, operating a motor vehicle in careless and imprudent driving, failure to register motor vehicle, no seat belt, and failure to property affix plates. He posted bond. 

Jeremy Cone, 34, of Alton, was arrested Sept. 6 on warrants for stealing, receiving stolen property, operating a vehicle without a valid license, possession of a controlled substance, tampering with a motor vehicle, and resisting arrest. He remains in custody with no bond. 

Thayer Police Department – Arrests

Joseph R. Sacra, 40, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 10 for Oregon County warrant – abuse or neglect of a child – no sexual contact – class D felony. Bond $4,900 cash or surety. Sacra was released on Aug. 11 to Oregon County Sheriff’s Department for transport.

Michele A. Joseph, 60, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 11 for 24-hour hold. She was arrested and transported by Oregon County Sheriff’s Department to Thayer Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. On Aug. 12, Joseph was released and issued citation for property damage from Thayer Police upon release.

Roger L. H. Brooks, 39, of Matthews, Mo., was arrested Aug. 11 for Scott County warrant - possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid - class D felony. Bond $5,000 cash or surety; Ripley County warrant - non-support. Total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payment due under order of support - class D felony. Bond $20,000 cash only; New Madrid County warrant - possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid - class D felony. No bond. Brooks arrested and transported by Oregon County Sheriff’s Department to Thayer Jail and booked with bond set at no bond. Brooks released Aug. 13 to Ripley County Sheriff’s Office for transport.

Shawna C. Puccetti, 30, of Thayer, was arrested and transported Aug. 12 by Alton Police Department to Thayer Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. Puccetti was released Aug. 13 after hold per Alton Police Department.

Jacob A. Sims, 30, of West Plains, was arrested Aug. 13 for trespassing and resisting arrest by fleeing. Sims later released with citations.

Terry E. Break, 56, of Lead Hill, Ark., was arrested for: Boone County warrant - engaging children in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual or print medium - class B felony (19 counts) and distributing, possessing, or viewing matter depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child - class C felony (19 Counts). Bond $20,000 cash or surety. Break arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail on no bond awaiting a fugitive from out of state warrant. Break released Aug. 15 to Boone County Sheriff’s Department for transport.

Kimberly G. Simpson, 44, of Qulin, Mo., was arrested and transported Aug. 15 by Oregon County Sheriff’s Department to Thayer Jail and booked on a 24-hour hold. On Aug. 16 an Oregon County warrant issued – burglary first Degree - class B felony, stealing - $750 or more - class D felony and property damage first degree - class E felony. Bond $15,000 cash or $50,000 surety.

Sandra H. Nash, 44, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 19 for Oregon County warrant - forgery - class D felony. Bond $15,000 cash or surety. Nash arrested and transported by Oregon County Sheriff’s Department to Thayer Jail and booked with bond set at $15,000 cash or surety.

Jordan M. Dalrymple, 19, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 19 for Ripley County warrant - exceeded posted speed limit by 11 -15 Mph - class C misdemeanor. Bond $3,500 cash or surety. Dalrymple was arrested and transported by Missouri State Highway Patrol to Thayer Jail and booked with bond set at $3,500 cash or surety. Dalrymple later posted surety bond.

Nathan E. A. Bivins, 54, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 22 by Oregon County Sheriff’s Office and transported by Thayer Police Department to Thayer Jail where he was booked on a 24-hour hold pending formal charges. On Aug. 23 Oregon County warrant issued for assault - first degree or attempt - class B felony, armed criminal action – unclassified felony and unlawful use of weapon - exhibiting - class E felony. Bond $25,000 cash or $250,000 surety.

Joie L. Turner, 49, of Doniphan, was arrested Aug. 25 for Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment - operate a vehicle without insurance. Bond $250 cash or surety. Turner arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail with bond set at $250. Turner later posted cash bond.

Logan A. Hadley, 22, of Koshkonong, was arrested Aug. 26 for Thayer warrant - fail to pay fine and costs - operate a vehicle without insurance. Bond $155 cash only. Thayer warrant - fail to pay fine and costs - failed to register vehicle. Bond $105 cash only. Hadley arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail with bond set at $260 cash only. Hadley later posted cash bond.

Joey L. Ingle, 33, of Thayer, was arrested Aug. 27 for domestic assault and detox hold. Ingle was released Aug. 28 with citation.

Amber L. Dwyer, 40, of West Plains, was arrested Aug. 28 for Thayer warrant for failure to appear at arraignment - speed 5 MPH over. Bond $200 cash or surety. Dwyer turned herself in to Thayer Police and was booked into Thayer Jail. Dwyer posted cash bond and was released with court date.

Elaine M. Burrow, 33, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 30 for: Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment – shoplifting. Bond $900 cash or surety. Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment – shoplifting. Bond $900 cash or surety. Thayer warrant - Failure to appear at arraignment - operate a vehicle without insurance. Bond $400 cash or surety. Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment - failed to register vehicle. Bond $400 cash or surety. Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment - driving while license suspended. Bond $900 cash or surety. Burrow arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail with bond set at $3,500 cash or surety. Burrow released was released Sept. 2 on O.R. bond with court date.

Samantha G. Mansfield, 34, of Cabool, was arrested Aug. 30 for Oregon County warrant -possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid - class D felony, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia - amphetamine or methamphetamine - class E felony, resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony - class E felony and stealing - value less than $150 and no prior stealing offense - class D misdemeanor. No bond. Mansfield transported by Alton Police Department from Texas County to Thayer Jail and booked with no bond.

Maria L. Bowers, 33, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested Aug. 31 for Oregon County warrant - non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support - class D felony. Bond $500 cash only. Oregon County warrant - non-support, total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under order of support - class D felony. Bond $500 cash only. Bowers turned herself in at the Thayer Police Department and was booked with bond set at $1,000 cash only. Bowers posted cash bond and released with court date on Sept. 3.

Jerry R. Morris, 20, of Mammoth Spring was arrested Sept. 1 for Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment - possession of marijuana. Bond $700 cash or surety. Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment – possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond $600 cash or surety. Morris turned himself in at the Thayer Police Department and was booked with bond set at $1,300 cash or surety. Morris posted surety bond and released with a court date.

Belinda J. Privett, 37, of Thayer, was arrested Sept. 2 for driving while intoxicated and careless and imprudent. Privett arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail. Privett was released with citations to a family member.

Gary W. Collins, 56, of Koshkonong, was arrested Sept. 4 for Oregon County warrant - passing bad check - class A misdemeanor and passing bad check - class A misdemeanor. Bond $500 cash only. West Plains warrant - fail to appear - fail to provide proof of financial responsibility. Bond $300 cash or surety. West Plains warrant - fail to appear - possession of marijuana. Bond $700 cash or surety. Collins arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail with bond set at $1,500 cash only or $500 cash and $1,000.00 surety.

Billy J. Humble, 37, of Thayer, was arrested Sept. 5 for driving with excessive B.A.C., driving while license suspended/revoked, defective equipment, fail to produce financial responsibility and fail to maintain right half of roadway. Humble arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail on a detox hold. On Sept. 6, Humble was released with citations.

Jeremy C. Cone, 34, of Alton was arrested Sept. 6 for Thayer warrant - disorderly conduct. Bond $700 cash or surety. Oregon County warrant - theft/stealing - class A misdemeanor and property damage second degree - class B misdemeanor. No bond. Oregon County warrant - receiving stolen property - class A misdemeanor. No bond. Oregon County warrant - operate vehicle on highway without a valid license - second offense - unclassified misdemeanor and owner operating motor vehicle without maintaining financial responsibility or operator who authorized to operate motor vehicle without financial responsibility - unclassified misdemeanor. No bond. Oregon County warrant - tampering with motor vehicle - first degree - class C felony and resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony - class D felony. No bond. Oregon County warrant - possession of controlled substance except 35 grams or less of marijuana - class C felony. No bond. Cone arrested and transported by Alton Police Department to Thayer Jail and booked with bond set at $700 cash or surety and no bond.

Nicole L. Inman, 31, of Koshkonong, was arrested Sept. 9 for ​Thayer warrant - failure to appear at arraignment - no valid operators license. Bond $250 cash or surety warrant. Inman was arrested by Thayer Police Department and booked into Thayer Jail. Inman then posted cash bond and was released with court date.
