37th Judicial Circuit Court suspends in-person proceedings

Wednesday, March 18, 2020

In compliance with the declaration of a National Emergency by President Trump and a State of Emergency by Governor Parson and the Missouri Supreme Court Order of March 16, all divisions of the 37th Circuit Court will suspend in-person proceedings from Tuesday, March 17 through and including April 3. This includes municipal, or city, court. These dates may be extended by Order of the Supreme Court if circumstances warrant.

The clerk’s office will remain open for the filing of adult abuse and child protection restraining orders and certain other emergency matters.

You may still pay fines and court costs online at the Missouri Courts homepage, courts.mo.gov.

You may check the status of any pending case through Casenet. Casenet is accessible through the Missouri Courts homepage at courts.mo.gov.

If you have a pending case, please contact your attorney.

As always you may contact your Circuit Clerk’s office or the Prosecuting Attorney regarding criminal cases.

I appreciate everyone’s patience during this time.

Steven Privette

Presiding Judge 37th Judicial Circuit
