Recent felony charges filed in Fulton County Circuit Court

There have been several recent arrests in Fulton County. The following information comes from court documents obtained online for felony charges filed in Fulton County Circuit Court.

Molly Susanna Rogers, 31, was charged June 2 with domestic battering in the second degree, a class C felony. She was later released after posting $2,000 bail.

On June 3, charges of theft by receiving property valued at more than $1,000 or less or equal to $5,000, a class D felony, were filed against William W. Yarborough, 29. Yarborough’s arrest was the result of several individuals trading high dollar stolen tools and being involved in the sale of a stolen vehicle; all items reported stolen from Attwood’s Auto Shop located in the Hardy area in late 2019. His bail was set at $2,000.

On June 3, charges against Timothy Allen Hedrick, 27, were filed. The charges were unlawful discharge of a firearm, class B felony; possession of firearms by certain persons, class B felony and battery in the third degree, class A misdemeanor. His bail was set at $20,000.

Charles Dylan Hodges, 26, was charged June 3 with residential burglary, class B felony; aggravated assault, class D felony and class A misdemeanors: Criminal mischief in the first degree and endangering the welfare of a minor. He posted $5,000 bond.

Leonard Ellis Sparks Jr., 24, was charged with theft of property (state emergency), class C felony on June 4. He posted a $2,500 bond.

Brad Bustad, 62, was charged with sexual assault in the second degree, class B felony on June 10. Bustad’s arrest came after complaints were made about inappropriate behavior between him and minor females. Bond was eventually set at $15,000.

Jamie Stapleton, 40, was charged June 12 with aggravated assault on a family or household member, class D felony. He fled the scene in Mammoth Spring, but was apprehended by Izard County Sheriff’s Department, who held Stapleton for Fulton County. His bond was set at $2,000.

Charges were filed June 12 against Steven Z. Overbeck, 35, for theft by receiving more than $1,000, class D felony. The arrest of Overbeck stems from an investigation of a stolen Jeep Cherokee and trailer in Missouri. His bond was set at $5,000.

On June 17, William Tyler Fuller was charged with terroristic threatening in the first degree, class D felony and class A misdemeanors: Drug fraud and possession of controlled substance. His bond was set at $5,000.

On June 18, Christopher Michael Cone was charged with two counts of forgery, class B felony and two counts of commercial burglary, class C felony. Cone was arrested after he had stolen personal checks from the owner of Mammoth Spring Trout Lodge, along with tools from the lodge. His bond was set at $2,000.

Joseph Lee Pearson, 34, was charged June 18 for failure to register as sex offender or report address change, class C felony and possession of firearms by certain persons, class D felony. His bond was set at $10,000.

Kirk Hutchinson, 54, was charged June 23 with maintaining a drug premises, class C felony; manufacturing methamphetamine, class D felony; possession with purpose to deliver, class A felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, class D felony; possession of materials with purpose to manufacturing, class D felony; simultaneous possession of drugs and firearms, class Y felony and possession of firearms by certain persons, class D felony. His bond was set at $50,000.

Sara Lisa Fountain, 50, was charged June 23 with possession of a controlled substance, class C felony and possession of drug paraphernalia, class D felony. Her bond was set at $5,000.

On June 23, charges were filed against Joey Allen Griggs, 45, of possession of a controlled substance, class C felony; possession of drug paraphernalia, class D felony and possession of controlled substance, class A misdemeanor. His bond was set at $30,000.
