Create Bridges is offering another unique opportunity for local businesses. It was recently announced a series of three webinars would be made available through Create Bridges and Retail Minded Founder, Nicole Leinback Reyhle.

Reyhle is an industry retail expert, author and Small Business Saturday spokesperson. The three-part series is title “Resiliency in retail: Building resiliency through adapting and innovating”. “Trusted insight specific to small businesses, including retailers, restaurants and more. Actionable strategies that include free resources to lean on and learn from. Supportive insights focused on small businesses (under $1 million revenue),” said a release about the webinars.

“COVID-19 has impacted everyone, but small businesses in particular have experienced challenges and disruption unlike they’ve ever known before. Keeping this in mind, together with Retail Minded we want to offer you guidance and actionable insight to help you move forward in our continuously changing commerce landscape – ultimately helping to bring some relief to small businesses during this time of crisis.”

The first webinar, “Overcoming obstacles: How independent retailers and restaurants can find success despite competition, challenges and the coronavirus” occurred Sept. 23 at 10 a.m. However, there will be a recorded version available, it is important to join the webinars live so business owners have the chance to have questions answered.

The next upcoming webinars are Sept. 29 at 10 a.m. and Oct. 6 at 10 a.m. The final September webinar is “Digital marketing efforts to help connect, communicate and convert customers to your unique retail business”.

“Customers are averaging more time online than they have historically ever been due to COVID-19. As a result, this presents opportunities for brands and businesses to connect with customers via a variety of digital avenues. The catch? Customers have different expectations, needs and preferences than they have had in the past. Plus, businesses have to recognize the path to purchase has never been straight, but more so than ever, online is where many purchase decisions are being made. With the goal to get customers to physical locations but recognizing the path to purchase often begins online, this webinar will shed light and opportunity on how to connect with consumers in a digital, COVID-19 centric world. Among the questions answered will be how to convert online browsing customers to in-store buyers and ways to gain clarity on digital data, marketing and more. Plus, expect to understand how connecting, communicating and ultimately converting customers to buyers in this one-hour webinar designed uniquely for small businesses can happen. This is a webinar you will not want to miss!”
