Oregon County Farmers Market Buzz

Wednesday, April 28, 2021

Are you ready for another great season at the Oregon County Farmers Market? It will be another opportunity to buy locally grown fresh produce, fresh frozen poultry, eggs, honey, sorghum, baked breads and sweet treats. Wonderful jams and jellies, pies, crochet items, wood crafts, woven baskets, all of which are locally made by our vendors. Again this year, you can find garden plants, Market T-shirts and canvas market bags.

If you are interested in becoming a vendor with us, applications are available at the Oregon County Extension office at the courthouse in Alton. We would love to have you join us! Visit our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/OregonCountyFarmersMarket, where you can view a sampling of what our vendors will have to offer this coming season. Leave us feedback, a message, or question, we would love to hear from you! You may also call the Extension office for details. 417-778-7490.

Shop with us each Saturday starting May 1 through October, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Walking Park behind the Alton City Park & Pool, on Tucker Rd. Follow the signs and donít miss out! We look forward to seeing you there May 1!
