Ashley Neal of Viola was awarded the First annual Tommy Bassham Memorial Scholarship by the Fulton County Fair Board of Directors. She is a Fulton County Fair Ambassador and very involved in the fair’s junior livestock program. Neal has won numerous awards with her livestock projects and received the Arkansas FFA State Degree this spring at the state convention. She plans to pursue a Veterinary Tech degree.
