Capitol Week in Review

Arkansas has begun the process of expanding Medicaid services so that more pregnant women can qualify for the government health care program. The expanded services should be available to thousands of women by the beginning of next year, if the federal government approves the proposals submitted by the state Human Services Department.

What a difference a day makes. The first day of school for the Marshall clan didn’t go as planned. Not on our end but for that of our children. Now, to not be too negative and to keep things somewhat private, I will refrain from speaking on many details that were presented to us once the kids returned home from their first day of school in not only an entirely new school but an entirely new state.
