Vincent IZARD COUNTY— After several reported break-ins took place in Izard County recently, the investigation into the cases led to four individuals being charged for the alleged crimes. According to the Izard County Sheriff’s Office on its Facebook page, Alicia Poteete, 24, Zachary Clair, 19, Caleb Bridgewater, 20 and Shawnna Lynn Wade, 41, received felony charges on Sept.
