Ozarka College announces President and Provost’s Lists

Ozarka College recently announced that 63 students have been named to the President's List and 71 students have been named to the Provost's List for the Fall 2022 semester. To be eligible for the President's List, a student must be enrolled in at least 12 college credit hours, excluding developmental courses, not be on any type of probation, and must have a minimum grade point average of 4.0.

Democratic Party meeting

The Democratic Party of Fulton County will meet Monday night, Feb. 13, at the Hickinbotham-Miller Bldg. at the Fulton County Fairgrounds in Salem. Social hour starts at 5:30 p.m. and the business meeting will start at 6 p.m. Members who have not renewed their 2023 membership can do so at this meeting.

Bank of Salem scholarship

Applications are now being accepted for the 2023 Bank of Salem $4,000 Scholarship. The scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from either Salem, Viola, Mammoth Spring, Thayer, or Izard County Consolidated.
