A quick turn of events took place in the Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, March 20, when Jennifer Harnden, 42, made a plea deal with prosecutors in the case of the shooting death of Davidlee Stansbury that took place in the early morning hours of April 23, 2021 near Republican Road in Salem.
HOT SPRINGS, AR — Public scoping opens today for a trail- and recreation-related infrastructure development project proposal on the Mena/Oden Ranger District of the Ouachita National Forest. The project, known as the “Trails at Mena Project,” is a proposal submitted to the US Forest Service from the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism-Division of Arkansas State Parks for a groundbreaking gravityoriented trail experience in Arkansas.
