An affidavit for warrant filed in Fulton County Circuit Court on March 6, alleged that on Feb. 21, Kyle Isaac Brabon, 24, committed a second degree sexual assault of a minor when he allegedly had been flirting with a 13-year-old and, “While both Kyle and the female victim were walking through the kitchen, located in Mammoth Spring, Kyle was seen reaching downwards and grabbing the female’s butt,” the affidavit said. “It is believed that Kyle committed these acts for his own sexual gratification.

Emergency crews responded to a structure fire on Friday, March 10 in off Myatt Creek Road in Mammoth Spring where firefighters recovered a body inside the home. Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the death of a victim in the burned house.
