Volunteer firefighter pleads to 40 years for sexual assault, rape

In Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, May 1, Kyle Isaac Brabon, 24, a former volunteer firefighter with the Koshkonong, Missouri, department, pleaded to 40 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for his involvement in the rape and sexual assault of a minor. Brabon had been arrested on March 8 according to court records that stated, on Feb.

Fire ordinance audit amendment

The volunteer fire department ordinance amendments were made in the lead up to the April Fulton County Quorum Court meeting. The ordinance had been sent into the News prior to the meeting and therefore did not reflect the amendments that were made and spoken on during the reading of the ordinance during the quorum court meeting and approval.
