In Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, May 1, Kyle Isaac Brabon, 24, a former volunteer firefighter with the Koshkonong, Missouri, department, pleaded to 40 years in the Arkansas Department of Corrections for his involvement in the rape and sexual assault of a minor.
