Sharp County arrests

According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated the week of April 22-29.Shalon Applegate, 41, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Public Intoxication.Geraldine Bales, 53, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for Public Intoxication.Lumon Benjamin Jr, 36, of Pocahontas, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.Courtney Boyd, 38, of Marmaduke, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Instrument of Crime, and Public Intoxication.Nichole Cardwell, 45, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested for Furnishing, Possessing, or Using Prohibited Articles, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Fleeing on Foot.Krista Cimino, 38, of Morrilton, was arrested for Parole/Probation Revocation.Robert Draper, 55, of Highland, was arrested for Criminal Mischief-1st Degree/Property of Another w/Value over $1000 BUT $5000 or Less, and Harassment.Clyde Griffin, 62, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL.Clifford Jones, 55, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.Julie McBryde, 41, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Violation of Protection Order.David Pardue, 76, of Clarksville, was arrested for Theft of Property <=$1000, and Hold for Other County/State.Crystal Pierce, 45, of Hardy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL x3, and No Vehicle Tags x2.Russell Schuh, 65, of Mammoth Springs, was arrested for Violation of Protection Order.David Stansbury, 45, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Aggravated Assault.Joshua Strauser, 42, of Salem, was arrested for Theft of Property <=$1000, and Hold for Other County/State.Teri Sutherland, 52, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Resisting Arrest-Refusal to Submit to Arrest/Active or Passive Refusal, Fleeing on Foot, and Filing a False Report of Crime/Wrongdoing.Stefan Talley, 50, of Evening Shade, Hold for Other County/State.Nila Vaughn, 86, of Ash Flat, was arrested for Violation of the Arkansas Hot Check Law.Tyler Wilson, 22, of Willow Springs MO, was arrested for Violation of No Contact Order.
