According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated the week of July 1-8.Devin Ball, 32, of Cushman, was arrested for Failure to Register Vehicle-Expired Tags, Driving with Suspended/Revoked DL, No Insurance, Failure to Pay Time Pay x2, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Contempt and Possession of Instrument of Crime, Hold for Other County/State.Donald Baxter, 57, of Mountain Home, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Drinking in Public.Wesley Bunting, 34, of Hardy, was arrested for Battery 3rd Degree.Jerome Caldwell, 50, of Searcy, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, Careless Driving, and No Proof of Insurance-Local.Jessey Chatman, 39, of Cave City, was arrested for Theft by Receiving Less $1000, and Failure to Appear on Theft by Receiving, Refusal to Submit, and DWI.Daison Faver, 28, of Hot Springs, was arrested for Failure to Appear and Failure to Pay Time Pay on Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL x2, No Proof of Insurance-Local, Probation, Probation Revocation-Failure to Comply, Contempt of Court x2, Contempt Failure to Pay x3.Justin Haigwood, 29, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Endanger Welfare of Minor 2nd Degree, Crime of Video Voyeurism, Investigative Hold.
