Sharp County arrests for Jun 24-July 1

According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated the week of June 24-July 1.Nicole Anthony, 53, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Theft of Property, Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL, No Proof of Liability Insurance, Speeding, and Contempt Failure to Pay Restitution.Thomas Ashcraft, 38, of Cave City, was arrested for Hot Checks Lt Or Equal to $1000.Joseph Ayala, 45, of Batesville, was arrested for Failure to Register Vehicle-Expired Tags, No Proof of Liability Insurance, Driving while Intoxicated-1st Offense, Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test.Sandy Baker, 55, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Failure to Pay Time Pay/Failure to Appear on Public Intoxication, Disorderly Conduct, and Criminal Trespass.Melissa Boyd,44, of Cherokee Village, was arrested for Driving Left of Center, Vehicle Lights Defective/Improper Signal Lamps and Signal Lamps and Signal Device, Driving Left of Center, and Driving While Intoxicated (Drugs)-1st Offense.Emily Harris, 65, of Greenbrier, was arrested for Hold for Other County/State.Cody Homod, 30, of Hardy, was arrested for Obstruction of Governmental Operations, Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Driving on Suspended/Revoked DL x2, and No Proof of Liability Insurance-Local.
