BATESVILLE– Lyon College’s campus has been transformed into an open-air gallery, as students from Assistant Professor of Art Cody Norton’s 3-Dimensional Studio II course unveiled their latest creations in “Irregular Structures.” On display now through March 12, the public is invited to explore the imaginative and thought-provoking works between Edwards Commons and the Mabee-Simpson Library.
BATESVILLE– The Lyon College Scottish Heritage Program and Convocation Committee will present “An Afternoon with Máire Ní Chathasaigh and Chris Newman,” a world-renowned harp and acoustic guitar duo, on Sunday, March 9, at 2 p.m. in the Bevens Music Room, Brown Fine Arts Building at Lyon College, 2300 Highland Rd., Batesville.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – While getting children to brush their teeth is not the easiest task, it can be an important one. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) reports that over half of children aged six to eight years old and over half of adolescents aged 12 to 19 have had a cavity in one of their baby or adult teeth. Cavities are preventable, though, and the CDC has recommendations for parents to help prevent them in babies and children.
Ozarka College is now accepting applications for the Fall 2025 cohort of its Aviation Commercial Pilot program, which will graduate as the Class of 2027. Applications will be accepted through April 15.
