So much going on. Communities are still in clean up mode going back to the March tornadoes while the Arkansas Division of Emergency Management announced on April 15 the state of Arkansas was denied individual assistance through the Federal Emergency Management Agency for the tornadoes that occurred on March 14.

Makensie Yancey collected three hits in four at bats, as Izard County Lady Cougars defeated Cedar Ridge Varsity Timberwolves 18-8 on Thursday at Izard County Consolidated High School. Yancey hit a walk-off home run to left field in the sixth inning, doubled in the third inning, and singled in the fifth inning.
Benny was born on March 25, 1946, in Poplar Buff, Missouri, where he grew up on a 40-acre farm with his six brothers and six sisters who picked cotton. He said he was “raised under a cotton wagon.”
