Salem High School is proud to announce that Salem Beta Club is a 2024-2025 National Beta School of Merit. The school earned this recognition by offering National Beta to all eligible grades on their campus.
There will be a reception honoring the newest members of the Highland Hall of Fame on Friday, Aug. 29 at 4:30 p.m. in the AL. Hutson Center. Recognition at halftime of the football game will follow later that night. All friends and family are invited to help celebrate these inductees.
Happy, pictured here, would be so much happier if he was once again in a loving home. He was one of our Snow White puppies from a litter that was at CVAC this past winter. As one of the more unique gray pups, he was adopted quickly. But then he grew. And grew. His siblings strongly resembled labs but Happy decided to grow just a bit more and fill out until his adopters realized he was too big for them to handle. At about 8 months old, Happy has lived much of his life in a home and is looking for someone who will welcome a happy dog back into a home.
