Due to the passage of Act 752 of 2025 by the Arkansas General Assembly, effective Aug. 5, a deed recorded with the county recorder in person or by mail, must be presented for recording by a grantor named in the deed or an individual who signed the deed on behalf of a grantor.
This is Smiley, an adult male with herding dog in his heritage. He was very easy to name as Smiley is one of those dogs that smiles. He has great energy to go along with that smile. It appears we have beaten the heat. Starting this past Friday, the weather went from heat indexes of 110 to a nice an cool 80 degrees. It gave the sensation fall was here.
