Sharp County arrests July 22-29
According to Chief Deputy Kevin “Bart” Simpson, the following individuals were incarcerated the week of July 22-29.Kaden Bailey, 19, of Arkansas, was arrested for Leaving Scene of Accident, and Careless/Prohibited Driving.John Elliott, 49, of Evening Shade, was arrested for Endangering Welfare of Minor 3rd Degree, Leaving Scene of Accident, Driving while Intoxicated, Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, Failure to Change Address on DL, Careless/Prohibited Driving, and Report of Accident Required-Failure of Involved Driver to Report.Steven Henry, 49, of Williford, was arrested for Aggravated Assault.Katy Herndon, 19, of Hardy, was arrested for Endangering Welfare of Minor 3rd Degree, and Driving while Intoxicated (Drugs) 1st Offense.Landon Lawrence, 29, of Jonesboro, was arrested for Failure to Appear on Driving without Owning a Drivers License, and Contempt-Failure to Pay Restitution.Crystal Moser, 38, of Rogers, was arrested for Failure to Appear-Misdemeanor on Possession of Instrument of Crime.James Raney, 61, Piggott, Possession of Sched.
