Della was born on November 23, 1951, in Madera, California. Her family moved to Missouri and lived in Clarksville before settling in Salem in 1965.

5th Salem VFW Post 9777 awards banquet
A celebration of community service and excellence was held on Monday, April 14 during the Salem VFW Post 9777 awards banquet led by Post Commander Bill Lowmon and Auxiliary President Aemi Thompson.
Dunk Someone!
On Friday, May 23 and Saturday, May 24, the Salem Greyhounds Class of 2027 will sponsor a dunking booth on the Salem Square. The proceeds will go towards the Class of 2027 Senior Lock In. We want everyone to come out and dunk someone!

It’s Back-to-Back Regional Championships for Salem Lady Greyhounds softball as the team beat the Melbourne Lady Bearkatz 5-1 on Saturday, May 10 in the 3A-2 Regional Championship at Cave City.
