The Fulton County Quorum Court on Tuesday, April 15 approved an ordinance declared as an emergency to fund road assistance for the flood damage that took place in early April. The fund would get $200,000 as an advancement as Arkansas Department of Emergency Management and Federal Emergency Management Agency officials tour the area to assess damages in order to qualify for funding.
