With most forage-related practices, timing is critical. For example, planting during the proper time is key to successful establishment. The stage of maturity at harvest is the most important factor affecting forage quality. The timing of pesticide applications can determine the extent of pest control. Forage yield and stand persistence can be dramatically influenced by time of cutting, grazing, or fertilization. Proper timing varies widely across forage species and producer practices, but timing is almost always important in determining results.

Fulton County 4-H Traveling Rabies Clinic

On Saturday, April 5, the Fulton County 4-H and Barnes Veterinary Clinic will be hosting a traveling Rabies Clinic. All dogs must be on a leash and cats need to be left in vehicles or in a carrier for their vaccinations. DHPP and Rabies vaccinations will be available and will be $15 apiece.
