Entries open for Fulton County Fair Beauty Pageants, Youth Talent Contest
Alleged ‘Cattle rustler’ arraigned, pleads not guilty
Layton James Smith, 19, appeared in Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, June 9, where he was appointed the public defender for his defense for the alleged theft of cattle that was said to have occurred on May 9 when the alleged theft was reported to the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office by Tim Leslie.
Clem pretrial set for Aug. 18
In a hearing on Monday, June 9 in Fulton County Circuit Court, Virginia Clem, 79, had a continuance made in her case and a pretrial hearing was scheduled for Aug. 18 with a jury trial scheduled for Oct. 22-24.
Bradley given conditional release to Safe Harbor
Levi Hardy Bradley, 38, was granted a conditional release to Safe Harbor in Little Rock, a faith-based recovery program for people with substance use disorders and/or mental disorders, during a hearing in Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, June 9.
Fulton County teen arrested for ‘cattle rustling’
Crimes dating back to the Old West are still ongoing today as a Fulton County teen was arrested and charged for felony theft or for what used to be referred to as “cattle rustling.”
