Hardy Police Chief Scott Rose (left) and Fire Chief Josh Moore (right) receive hand-carved customized plaques, presented by Mayor Ethan Barnes, that were donated from Marc and Linda Herring of the Ozark Classic Craft Mall in Hardy. The plaques were designed and hand-carved by Marc Herring in honor of the selfless, hard-working and heroic service the Hardy Fire and Police Departments have shown over the years in serving and protecting the community.During the presentation at the January council meeting, Mayor Barnes stated, “Marc and Linda Herring’s generosity and craftsmanship reflect the true spirit of our community.
