Helen “Jo” Ricketts, age 94, of Thayer, Mo., formerly of Kansas City, Mo. died March 16, 2020 at Shady Oaks Healthcare Center in Thayer, Mo.

During her childhood her family lived in Missouri, Colorado and Nebraska. She graduated from Thayer High School in 1943 and was immediately employed by the Bank of Thayer.

Jo married Wayne Ricketts on June 26, 1948, and they were married for 59 years.

Memorial services will be held on Aug. 6, 2022 at 12 p.m. at the Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Thayer, Mo.

The family will receive friends on Aug. 6, 2022 from 11 a.m. to service time at the Carter Funeral Home in Thayer, Missouri.

She will truly be missed by her family and friends.
