Hildred Ann Sharp Johnson, age 92, died Sunday, November 24, 2024, at her home in Ash Flat, Arkansas. She was born the daughter of Guy and Opal Ann Horton Sharp on January 1, 1932, near Ash Flat.
 Hildred was of the Christian faith. She enjoyed reading and time spent traveling the world. Hildred loved to shop for clothing and things to decorate her house for every occasion. Hildred was joint owner/manager of Johnson’s Ace Hardware with her husband for many years.
 She was preceded in death by her husband, Jake; her parents, Guy and Opal Sharp; grandson, Justin Lee Johnson; great-grandchildren Ava Grace Trevino and Jadon Shackelford; two sisters, Kathern Parvin and Paula Romine; three brothers, Travis, Stevie, and Dale Sharp; daughter-in-law, Christal Johnson; and son-in-law, David Presley.
 Survivors include a son, Donnie Lee Johnson of Ash Flat; five daughters: Carol Ann (Doug) Cooper of Ash Flat, Judy Kay (David) Warden of Wiseman, Debbie Wright of Ash Flat, Robin (Val) Robison of Texarkana, and Sherry (Doug) Harber of Ash Flat; eleven grandchildren, Hailey, Aaron, Dane, Jayce, Josh, Jen­nifer, Tonya, Lindsay, Trenton, Weston, and Callie; several great and great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and good friends.
 A celebration of Hildred’s life was held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, November 27, at the Ash Flat Church of Christ with Zach Harber officiating. Burial at Wiles Cemetery in Ash Flat.
 Pallbearers: Aaron Johnson, Dane Perkins, Weston Stroud, Joshua Warden, Kohn Runsick, and Trenton Robison.
 The family is deeply appreciative to Mrs. Johnson’s caregivers: Theresa Huckabee, Ann Ballard, and Glo­ria Gray. Their abilities and devotion helped the family to keep her at home in her final days. Thank you!!!
