Kutler Shannon, 14, of Thayer, Missouri, won big bass of the recent Shriners fishing tournament with a 5.45-pound bass. The tournament was held at Crown Lake in Horseshoe Bend. According to Kutler’s father Tim Shannon, this was a personal best snag for the angler and the first time he competed in a fishing tournament. “He’s hooked now,” Tim said.
