Nov. 13, 1950 – March 7, 2023

Martha Jane Watkins of Salem, Arkansas, daughter of the late Robert and Lois Rodgers, was born Nov. 13, 1950 in Haskell, Texas. She died March 7th, 2023 in Phoenix, AZ with family by her side.

She retired from the U.S. Army and was a school teacher in Arkansas before moving to Arizona due to health reasons.

Survivors include her children, Misty Loer of Phoenix, AZ, Jennifer Burnside of Little Rock, AR, Victoria Burnside of Texas. Brothers, Normie Rodgers of California, Doyal, James and Bob Rodgers of Viola, AR and Robert Rodgers of Hobbs, N.M. Sisters, Dora Watson and Barbara Greenly of Gassville, AR. She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A memorial service with military honors will be held at Center Grove Baptist Church in Moody, MO on April 8th, 2023 at 10:00 a.m.
