Reba Nell (Cotter) Huett, 80, of Viola, Ark., passed from this life on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at Viola, Ark. Reba was born Dec. 21, 1941, in Vidette, Ark., to the late Rufus Ben Cotter and Anna Victoria (Wilson) Cotter.
Reba married Earl GC Huett on Nov. 4, 1960, at Viola, Ark. and to this union two children were born. Reba spent her working years as a real estate agent and a receptionist. Reba enjoyed being with her family, being a homemaker, traveling, painting, crocheting, and being a storyteller. Reba was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt, friend, and was a member of the Viola Church of Christ in Viola, Arkansas.
Reba leaves to mourn her passing, son, Patrick Huett (Stacy) of Springfield, Missouri; daughter, Tambra Brown (David) of West Plains, Missouri; seven grandchildren, Jacob Brown (Stephanie), Jessica Brown, Joe Brown (Shannon), Kindal Plank (Michael), Taner Huett, Hunter Huett (Sabrina), and Cooper Huett; eleven great grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Cotter (Wanda) of Viola, Arkansas and Ben Cotter (Debbie) of Belton, Missouri; sister, Barbara Perryman (Danny) of Viola, Arkansas; many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband (Earl Huett), parents (Rufus and Anna Cotter), sister and brother-in-law (Dorothy and Paul Fore), sister-in-law (Renee Huett) and niece (Brook Smith).
Funeral services were 2 p.m. Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Viola Church of Christ in Viola, Ark. with Bro. Alan Talburt and Ben Cotter officiating. Visitation was 6-8 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2022, at the Viola Church of Christ. Interment was in the Elizabeth Cemetery in Elizabeth, Ark. Pallbearers were Jacob Brown, Joe Brown, Taner Huett, Hunter Huett, Cooper Huett and Michael Plank. Memorials may be made to the Fairhaven Childrens Home in Strafford, Mo. or Paragould Childrens Home in Paragould, Ark. Arrangements are under the direction of Barker Funeral Home in Salem, Ark.
