The Highland Rebels won a close one against the Melbourne Bearkatz on Dec. 4 to move on to the semifinals in the Izard County Invitational Basketball Tournament. Despite a big 1st quarter deficit, the Rebels ended the game with a final score of 50-48. Noah Powell and Karson Roark finished with 16 points apiece. Trent Sullenger and Owen Hyslip each added 6. Lance Burris finished the game with 4, and Adam Munroe scored 2. It truly was a full team effort across all areas of the game. We’re proud of this team!
