On Wednesday, April 17 the Arkansas House of Representatives and Rep. Trey Steimel presented Carolyn Lewis and her family a citation, honoring the work of Noble Lewis for his contributions to the Fulton County Fair with more than 50 years of community service to the fair as a volunteer and an additional 40 years as a member of the board.
