Thomas “Tommy” Daniel Bassham, 19, of Salem, Ark., passed from this life on Friday, May 27, 2022, at Salem, Ark. Tommy was born Sept. 20, 2002, in Newport, Ark.

Tommy graduated from Salem High School in 2021 and was involved in various activities with his greatest love being football. Tommy served as a Fulton County Fair Ambassador, loved singing, and enjoyed spending time with his cousins. Tommy was a member of the Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Ark. and was very active in the church and loved serving the Lord. He was a loving son, brother and friend.

Tommy leaves to mourn his passing, parents, Mark and Laurie Bassham of Salem, Ark.; sister, Dakota Bassham of Saginaw, Mich.; special friend, Michaela Sena of West Plains, Mo.; grandmother, Vera Bassham of Salem, Ark.; many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents (Ronald and Marjorie Smith and Thomas Bassham).

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at the Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Ark. with Bro. John Hodges officiating. Visitation was at 10 a.m. until time of service on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, at the Salem First Baptist Church. Interment was in the Stateline Cemetery in Moko, Ark. Pallbearers were Sebastian Agnew, Kyle Knight, Chandler Slater, Seth Brazeal, Lucas Tanner and Josh Watson. Honorary pallbearers were Frankie Auten, Wayne Guiltner, Luke Barker and Albert Hobbs.
