The Viola Girls golf team competed recently in the 1A State Tournament at the Mountain Ranch Golf Course in Fairfield Bay. As a team they finished 6th out of 12 teams with a 361. Shayden Waltrip finished 10th with a 114. Avery Rogers had a personal best 116. Taylor Richardson also posted a personal best 131. These sophomores made great strides to get better this season.
