Arthur Oneal White, 40, is being held on allegations of rape in Fulton County Jail. Arrest records show he was arrested in Salem on Sept. 30 and his being held on a $500,000 bond. In Fulton County Circuit Court on Monday, Oct. 6, White pleaded not guilty, waiving formal arraignment and was appointed a public defender.
